You can register for a viewing of the studio apartments here.

The procedure is as follows:

Enter your details in the web form and register for a viewing appointment.
NOTE: There is no confirmation message. The appointments are open to the public and all viewings will take place.
MEETING POINT: Holsteinsche Straße 1, 12163 Berlin | Uhlandstraße 145, 10719 Berlin
After the viewing, please send an e-mail to studios[at]culterim.de with the following information by Friday, 20.06.2025 23:59 at the latest:
- Which apartment and which studios would you like to apply for? (Multiple selection + entire apartment is possible)
- Can the rental contract start on 01.07.2025?
- Photo of passport or ID.
On Monday, 23.06.2025 you will receive notification of whether you have been accepted for a studio apartment.

Artistic CV (list of exhibitions, participation in exhibitions, presentations, awards, scholarships, publications, etc.) (max. 2 pages)
Portfolio (max. 10 pages from the last 5 years with details: title, dimensions, technique, year)

Note: The entire file (artistic resume and portfolio) must not exceed 10 MB and should be uploaded as a continuous PDF.
