We're splitting up the Spaces & Studios team and are looking for a project manager for our Culterim | Studios!

 

From November 1, 2025 | 20-30 hours per week | €2,000 - €3,000 per month.

Organization of the Culterim | Studios:

• Rental of studios (selection of artists)

• Viewings, communication and handovers with prospective tenants

• Coordination of tradesmen, property managers and owners

• Maintenance of the studio houses (renovation work)

• Administrative work:

  • Create and send contracts and invoices

  • Send newsletter

  • Maintenance website (open calls)

  • Instagram (Open Calls)

 

Requirements:

• Class B driving license

• Fluent German / Fluent English

• Manual skills and strong physical resilience

• High communication and organizational skills
