Office building in Hamburg

Located directly on the Rückerskanal in Hamm-Mitte, we converted a 400-square-meter floor of a former office building into a shared studio space with a total of 11 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 14 to 41 square meters, feature fixed skylights, daylight windows, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, and common areas.
