Former job center in Leipzig

Located directly at Leipzig Central Station, we converted a 1,000-square-meter floor of the former job center into a shared studio space with a total of 28 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 14 to 40 square meters and feature fixed skylights, daylight windows, electricity, heating, an elevator, Wi-Fi, and common areas.
