Office building in Tegel

Directly adjacent to the U6 Borsigwerke station, we converted a 300-square-meter floor of an office building into a shared studio space with a total of 10 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 16 to 34 square meters and feature fixed skylights, daylight windows, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, and common areas.
