Residential building in Charlottenburg

The residential building is centrally located in Berlin-Charlottenburg on Kaiserdamm, with some residential units in need of renovation. With our artist-in-residence program, we opened up studio space for a total of 16 artists and cultural workers, who can use the rooms for their artistic development until the renovation work starts.

Through our interim use concept, the place was revitalized, misuse caused by vacancies was solved, the apartment was maintained and social benefits were promoted through the exchange between art and culture and the immediate neighborhood.
