On the border with Neukölln are three temporarily available apartments for living and working for artists and cultural professionals. The studio apartments are currently for sale and are occasionally viewed by appointment. The leases are open-ended until the apartment is sold. The estimated lease term is 2-5 years. Registering as a resident is possible.

€10/m² rent, €3/m² utilities, €40 flat rate for electricity. The rental prices for the apartments, including all utilities, are shown in the floor plan. Due to the size of the apartments, they are only rented as a whole.
