CULTERIM | STUDIOS | LEIPZIG

Right next to Leipzig Central Station, we've converted a floor of the former job center into a shared studio space with a total of 12 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 14 to 48 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, elevator access, Wi-Fi, and communal areas. The carpet is removable!

 The studios cost from €210 (VAT exempt) including utilities (excluding electricity) and internet. Sanitary facilities and a kitchenette are available in each unit. Contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
