Right next to Leipzig Central Station, we've converted a floor of the former job center into a shared studio space with a total of 12 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 14 to 48 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, elevator access, Wi-Fi, and communal areas. The carpet is removable!
The studios cost €8/m² rent, €3/m² utilities, and a flat rate of €10 for electricity. Sanitary facilities and a kitchenette are included in the unit. The contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
