Right next to Leipzig Central Station, we've converted another floor of the former job center into a shared studio space with a total of 17 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 14 to 40 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows for natural light, electricity, heating, elevator access, Wi-Fi, and communal areas. The carpet is removable!

The studios cost from €225 (VAT exempt) including utilities and internet. Sanitary facilities and a kitchenette are available in each unit. Contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
