OPEN CALL FOR LONG-TERM STUDIOS
Right next to Leipzig Central Station, we've converted another floor of the former job center into a shared studio space with a total of 28 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 14 to 37 square meters and feature skylights, windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, elevator access, free Wi-Fi, and communal areas. The carpet is removable!
The studios cost €7/m² rent, €3/m² for operating and utility costs, and a flat rate of €10 for electricity. Shared areas (bathrooms, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios. Sanitary facilities and a kitchenette are available in the unit. The contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock.
