Directly above the KitKat club in Berlin, a total of 11 temporary studios for artists and cultural workers are being created. The private spaces range in size from 7 to 50 square meters and feature windows providing natural light, heating, electricity, and shared areas (bathrooms, hallways, etc.).
The studios cost €10/m² rent, €4/m² operating and utility costs, and a flat rate of €10 for electricity (all prices are subject to 19% VAT). Shared areas (bathrooms, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios. Sanitary facilities are available in the building. The contracts are valid until December 31, 2026. Artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock.
