OPEN CALL FOR MEDIUM-TERM STUDIOS
Right next to Weinbergspark in Mitte, we have converted a former residential building into a studio complex with a total of 10 medium-term studios. The private studios range in size from 12 to 64 square meters and feature fixed lights, windows providing natural light, electricity, free Wi-Fi, and communal areas. The studios can be heated via electric or gas heaters.
The studios cost €11/m² rent, €3/m² for operating and utility costs, and a flat rate of €20 for electricity. Shared areas (bathrooms, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios. Sanitary facilities are located on the ground floor of the building. The contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock.
