Right next to Rathaus Neukölln, we're opening a new shared studio in collaboration with Bechstein Network in the former C&A department store. The third floor of the brutalist building already houses eight private studios and a large shared workspace. Now, another spacious shared studio is being added on the fourth floor.

 The rent for the shared studio is 10€ per sqm. Prices include operating and incidental costs, but exclude electricity and VAT. Studio leases are open-ended, with a six-month notice period. The shared studio's space ranges from 15 to 57 sqm and starts at 150€. The studio has a few natural light windows, electricity, heating, and a freight elevator. Artists can work in the space around the clock.
