CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

Right next to Neukölln Town Hall, we are opening a new shared studio in the former C&A department store in partnership with Bechstein Network. The third floor of the brutalist building already houses eight private studios and a large communal workspace. Now, another spacious shared studio is being added on the fourth floor.

 The rent for the shared studio is €10 per square meter. This price includes operating and utility costs, but excludes electricity and VAT. Studio rental agreements are open-ended with a six-month notice period. Spaces in the shared studio range from 15 to 57 square meters and start at €150. The studio features windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, and a freight elevator. Artists can work in the space 24/7.
