Right next to Neukölln Town Hall, in cooperation with Bechstein Network, we have transformed two floors of a former C&A department store into studios and an exhibition space. While the third floor of the brutalist building offers eight private studios and a large shared studio, the fourth floor is a modular exhibition space ranging from 300 to 1400 square meters (available for rent via Culterim | Spaces).

Private studios cost €15/m², shared studios €8/m². These prices include operating and utility costs, excluding electricity and VAT. Studio contracts are open-ended with a six-month notice period. The private studios range in size from 12 to 106m² and feature windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, an elevator, and a lockable door. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
