The private studios are between 14 and 41 square meters in size, have fixed skylights, daylight windows, electricity, heating, WiFi and communal areas. The carpet can be removed!

 

 

 

The studios cost from €226 (VAT-free) including utilities and internet. Sanitary facilities are available in the unit. The contracts are open-ended with a notice period of three months. Artists are allowed to work in the studios around the clock.
