CULTERIM | STUDIOS | HAMBURG

Located directly on the Rückerskanal canal in Hamm-Mitte, we have converted one floor of a former office building into a studio community with a total of 11 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 14 to 41 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, and communal areas. The carpet is removable!

 The studios cost from €226 (VAT exempt) including utilities and internet. Sanitary facilities are available in the unit. The contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
