CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

Right next to Görlitzer Park, we converted a carriage house in the backyard into a studio building with a total of 7 medium-term studios. The private studios are between 10 and 20 square meters in size, have fixed skylights, windows for natural light, heating, electricity, and shared areas (bathroom, garden, hallways, etc.).

The studios cost €12/m² rent, €4/m² for operating and utility costs, and a flat rate of €10 for electricity. Shared areas (bathrooms, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios. Sanitary facilities are available in every part of the building. The contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock.
