OPEN CALL FOR MEDIUM-TERM STUDIOS

Located directly at the Dehnhaide U3 station, just a few minutes from the HFBK Hamburg (University of Fine Arts Hamburg), we have converted a former office building into a studio complex with a total of 40 medium-term studios. The private studios range in size from 12 to 42 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, free Wi-Fi, and communal areas.
The studios cost €7/m² rent, €3.50/m² for operating and utility costs, and a flat rate of €10 for electricity. Shared areas (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios. Sanitary facilities are available on all floors of the building. The contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock.
