CULTERIM | STUDIOS | KÖLN

Just one S-Bahn stop from Cologne Central Station, we have converted a floor of an office building into a shared studio space with a total of 14 studios. The private studios range in size from 12 to 31 square meters and feature windows with natural light, electricity, heating, and free Wi-Fi. Shared areas (bathrooms, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios.

The studios cost €10/m² rent plus €4/m² operating and utility costs. Sanitary facilities are available in each unit. Contracts are open-ended with a two-month notice period to the end of the month. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
