CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

Between the Theodor-Heuss-Platz U2 subway station and the Heerstraße S-Bahn station, we have converted a floor of an office building into a shared studio space with a total of 12 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 14 to 27 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi. Shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios.

 The studios cost from €211 (VAT exempt) including utilities and internet. Sanitary facilities are available in each unit. Contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
