CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

In an industrial park, 5 minutes from the Heidelberger Platz ring road and subway station, we have converted two former office buildings into studio complexes with a total of 17 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 18 to 70 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows for natural light, electricity, heating, a freight elevator, common areas, and a lockable door. Small storage rooms can also be added to the rental agreement.

 The studios start at €339 (VAT exempt) including utilities. Sanitary facilities are available on each floor. Contracts are open-ended with a six-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
