CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

Three former workers' houses on Herzbergstrasse have been converted into 51 studios until the site is developed. The houses are located in the heart of the industrial area in Berlin-Lichtenberg, right next to the Dong Xuan Center, and are well connected to public transport. The studios feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, electricity, and a lockable door.

 Sanitary facilities are available in a container in front of the building. The contracts are open-ended with a two-month notice period. The artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock.
