Three former workers' houses on Herzbergstrasse have been converted into 51 studios until the property is developed. The houses are located in the middle of the industrial area in Berlin Lichtenberg, right next to the Dong Xuan Center and are well connected to public transport. The studios have fixed skylights, daylight windows, electricity and a lockable door.

Sanitary facilities are available in a container in front of the building. The contracts are open-ended and have a notice period of 2 months. The artists are allowed to work in the studios around the clock.
