 Located directly at the Feuerbachstraße S-Bahn station (S1), this apartment building offers several temporary apartments for artists and cultural professionals to live and work in. The studio apartments are currently for sale and are occasionally open for viewing by appointment. The leases are open-ended and remain valid until the respective apartment is sold. Registering your residence is possible at all apartments.


 The all-inclusive rental prices for the individual rooms (including all utilities) can be found on the floor plans and start from €382. The shared areas of each apartment (kitchen, bathroom, hallways, etc.) are included proportionally in the room rent. It is also possible to rent several rooms or an entire apartment.
