In a small industrial park in Horn, one bus stop from the Horner Rennbahn U-Bahn station, a total of 13 permanent studios for artists and cultural workers are being created. The private spaces are very well-maintained and range in size from 8 to 37 square meters. They feature windows providing natural light, electric shutters, heating, electricity, internet access, and shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallways, etc.).
The studios cost €7.70/m² rent, €3.50/m² operating and utility costs, and a flat rate of €10 for electricity (all prices are subject to 19% VAT). Shared areas (bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios. Sanitary facilities are available on the same floor. Contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
