Two temporary apartments for living and working, suitable for artists and cultural professionals, are located at Charlottenburg Palace. These studio apartments are currently for sale and are occasionally open for viewing by appointment. The leases are open-ended until the apartment is sold, with an estimated lease term of 2-5 years. Registering as a resident is possible.

€11/m² rent, €3/m² additional costs, €40 flat rate for electricity. The rental prices for the apartments, including all utilities, are shown in the floor plan. Due to the size of the apartments, they are only rented as a whole.
