CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

Within the Berlin Ring Road, next to the Kaiserdamm U-Bahn station and the Messe Nord/ICC Ringbahn station, is another studio project of our cultural interim use concept. We offer private studios for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extension.

The rent is €10/m² including all utilities. No VAT is required. The costs for the communal areas of a unit are divided among the number of studios. Sharing a studio with others is permitted. The private studios are located in a shared studio apartment. They are clean, dry, have natural light, and are ready for use. All studios have access to sanitary facilities. Contracts are open-ended after 6 months with a 2-month notice period. All forms of art are welcome, but artists with a clean working process are preferred. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.

The studio apartments are for sale and are occasionally viewed.
