CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

Within the Berlin Ring Road, directly adjacent to the Kaiserdamm U-Bahn station and the Messe Nord/ICC Ringbahn station, is an apartment building with several temporarily available apartments for artists and cultural professionals to live and work in. The studio apartments are currently for sale and are occasionally viewed by appointment. The leases are indefinite until the apartment is sold. Registering as a resident is possible for all apartments. While apartment WE40 has a kitchen and a bathroom, apartment WE20 only has a bathroom.

The rent is €7/m² + €3/m² utilities and €10 for electricity. The rental prices for individual rooms, including all storage units, are shown in the floor plan. Shared areas within an apartment (kitchen, bathroom, hallways, etc.) are included proportionally in the room rent. All studios have access to sanitary facilities. All forms of art are welcome.
