CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

Located on the Berlin Ring road next to the Kaiserdamm U-Bahn station is the next studio project in our cultural interim use concept. From April to the end of October 2025, we will once again transform the unused attic into temporary communal studios.

A workspace of approximately 50m² costs €150 plus VAT per month, including utilities and operating costs. The spaces are located in two large shared studios on the top floor. Each studio is approximately 250m² and can accommodate five artists. The studios are clean, dry, and have natural light, and are ready for use. The building has an elevator, and all studios have access to restrooms. Artists can work in the studios daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
