In Berlin-Mitte, overlooking Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, we have converted a former office building into a studio house with a total of 31 long-term studios. The private studios are between 11 and 97 square meters in size, have fixed skylights, daylight windows, electricity, heating, a freight elevator, common rooms and a lockable door. The ceilings and carpet are removable!

The studios cost from €272 (VAT-free) including utilities and electricity. Sanitary facilities and a kitchen area are available in the unit. The contracts are open-ended with a notice period of 6 months. The artists are allowed to work in the studios around the clock.
