CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

In Berlin-Mitte, overlooking Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, we have converted another floor of a former office building into a studio complex with a total of 22 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 11 to 36 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, a freight elevator, common areas, and a lockable door. The ceilings and carpet are removable.

 The studios cost from €277 (VAT exempt) including utilities and electricity. Sanitary facilities and a kitchenette are available in each unit. Contracts are open-ended with a six-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
