CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

In Berlin-Mitte, right next to Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, we have converted another floor of a former office building into a studio complex with a total of 10 medium-term studios. The private studios range in size from 9 to 66 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows for natural light, electricity, heating, and communal areas.

The studios cost €9.55 (without windows) or €13.55 (with windows) per square meter in rent, plus €3.45 per square meter for operating and utility costs, and a flat rate of €10 for electricity. Shared areas (bathrooms, hallways, kitchen, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios. Sanitary facilities are located on the ground floor of the building. Contracts are open-ended with a two-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
