CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

Right on the Spree River in Kreuzberg, we have converted a former office building into an artists' studio complex with a total of 22 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 15 to 63 square meters and feature windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, an elevator, common areas, and a lockable door. The carpeted floors will be covered with PVC.

 The studios cost from €373 (VAT exempt) including utilities and electricity. Sanitary facilities and a kitchen are included in the unit. The contracts are open-ended with a six-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
