CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

Between Adenauerplatz and Savignyplatz on Kurfürstendamm, we have converted a former hotel into a studio building with a total of 16 medium-term studios. The private studios range in size from 6 to 56 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, heating, electricity, free Wi-Fi, and communal areas.

The studios cost €9/m² rent, €4/m² for operating and utility costs, and a flat rate of €20 for electricity. Shared areas (bathrooms, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios. Sanitary facilities are available in every part of the building. The contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock.
