On Moabit Island, right by the canal, we are converting a former logistics center into a total of 25 studios. The private spaces range in size from 6 to 178 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, heating, electricity, and shared areas (bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, etc.).

The studios cost €7.50/m² rent, €3/m² operating and utility costs, and a flat rate of €10 for electricity (all prices are subject to 19% VAT). Shared areas (bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios. Sanitary facilities are available in the building. The contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. The estimated contract duration is 2-3 years. Artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock. Musicians are allowed.
