 Located directly at the Hohenzollerndamm S-Bahn station (Ringbahn), this apartment building offers several temporary apartments for artists and cultural professionals to live and work in. The studio apartments are currently for sale and are occasionally viewed by appointment. The leases are open-ended until the apartment is sold. Registering as a resident is possible at all apartments.

 The rental prices for the individual rooms, including all storage units, are shown in the floor plan and start at €382. The shared areas of an apartment (kitchen, bathroom, hallways, etc.) are included proportionally in the room rent. It is possible to rent multiple rooms or an entire apartment.
