CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

Located directly at the Frankfurter Allee (Ring) S-Bahn station, there is a temporarily available apartment for living and working for artists and cultural professionals. The studio apartment is currently for sale and is occasionally viewed by appointment. The leases are open-ended until the apartment is sold. Registering as a resident is possible.

€11/m² rent, €3/m² utilities, €20 flat-rate electricity costs. The rental prices for individual rooms, including all utility boxes, are shown in the floor plan. Shared areas of the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, hallways, etc.) are included proportionally in the room rent. It is possible to rent multiple rooms or an entire apartment.
