Located directly at the Frankfurter Allee (Ring) S-Bahn station, this temporary apartment is available for artists and cultural professionals to live and work in. The studio apartment is currently for sale and is occasionally open for viewing by appointment. The leases are open-ended until the apartment is sold. The estimated lease term is 2-3 years. Registering the apartment as a resident is possible.

€11/m² rent, €3/m² utilities, €20 flat-rate electricity costs. The rental prices for individual rooms, including all utility boxes, are shown in the floor plan. Shared areas of the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, hallways, etc.) are included proportionally in the room rent. It is possible to rent multiple rooms or an entire apartment.
