Located directly at the Rathaus Steglitz S-Bahn and U-Bahn station, these apartments are temporarily available for living and working, ideal for artists and cultural professionals. The studio apartments are currently for sale and are occasionally open for viewing by appointment. The leases are open-ended until the apartment is sold. The estimated lease term is 1-3 years. Registering the apartment as a resident is possible.

€11/m² rent, €3/m² utilities, €20 flat-rate electricity costs. The rental prices for individual rooms, including all utility boxes, are shown in the floor plan. Shared areas of the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, hallways, etc.) are included proportionally in the room rent. Renting multiple rooms or an entire apartment is possible.
