Located directly at the Rathaus Steglitz S-Bahn and U-Bahn station are two unrenovated apartments without kitchens, intended exclusively for use as workspaces by artists and cultural professionals. The units are currently for sale and are occasionally viewed by appointment. The leases are open-ended until the unit is sold. The estimated lease term is 3-5 years.

€8/m² rent, €3/m² utilities, €20 flat rate for electricity. Shared areas (bathrooms, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios and are included in the rent. Sanitary facilities are available in the building's units. Artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock.
