Located directly at the Hohenzollernplatz U-Bahn station, bordering Schöneberg, is an impressive apartment building with several temporarily available studio apartments for living and working. The apartments are currently for sale and are occasionally viewed by appointment. The leases are open-ended and remain valid until the respective apartment is sold. Registering your residence is possible at all apartments.

The all-inclusive rental prices for the individual rooms (including all utilities) can be found on the floor plans and start from €253. The costs for the shared areas of each apartment (kitchen, bathroom, hallways, etc.) are divided proportionally and equally among the individual rooms. It is also possible to rent several rooms or an entire apartment.
