Right next to the Hohenzollernplatz U-Bahn station, on the border of Schöneberg, you'll find an impressive multi-unit building with several temporary live-work studio apartments available. Rental contracts start at a minimum of 6 months beginning in July 2025 and are extended in 2-month intervals thereafter. Registration of residence (Anmeldung) is possible for all apartments.

Rental prices for each room, including all utilities, are listed in the floor plan and start from €253. Shared spaces within an apartment (kitchen, bathroom, hallways, etc.) are divided evenly among the rooms. It’s also possible to rent multiple rooms or an entire apartment.

The studio apartments are currently for sale and may occasionally be shown to prospective buyers — with prior notice.
