CULTERIM | STUDIOS | BERLIN

In Berlin-Tempelhof, on a GSG commercial property, we converted a floor into a shared studio space with a total of six long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 15 to 35 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi. Shared spaces (bathrooms, hallways, etc.) are allocated proportionally to the studios.

 The studios cost €10/m² rent + €4/m² operating and utility costs (plus 19% VAT). Sanitary facilities are available in the unit. The contracts are open-ended with a six-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock.
