OPEN CALL FOR LONG-TERM STUDIOS

In an industrial area of Berlin-Reinickendorf, we converted a former office building into a studio complex with a total of 12 long-term studios. The studios on Waldstraße are very well connected to public transport (6-minute walk from the Karl-Bonhoeffer Nervenklinik S-Bahn and U-Bahn station (S25, U8), 22 minutes to Friedrichstraße, 24 minutes to Kottbusser Tor) and are located directly above a DIY store. The private studios range in size from 17 to 91 square meters and feature fixed skylights, windows providing natural light, electricity, heating, a freight elevator, common areas, and a lockable door. The ceilings and carpeting are removable.
The studios cost from €322 plus VAT, including utilities and electricity. Sanitary facilities and a kitchenette are included in each unit. Contracts are open-ended with a six-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios 24/7.
