In an industrial area in Berlin-Reinickendorf, we have converted a former office building into a studio building with a total of 12 long-term studios. The studios on Waldstrasse are very well connected to public transport (6 minutes on foot from the S+U Karl-Bonhoeffer Nervenklinik (S25, U8), 22 minutes to Friedrichstrasse, 24 minutes to Kottbuser Tor) and are located directly above a hardware store. The private studios are between 17 and 91 square meters in size, have fixed skylights, daylight windows, electricity, heating, a freight elevator, common rooms and a lockable door. The ceilings and carpet are removable.

 The studios cost from €322 plus VAT including utilities and electricity. Sanitary facilities and a kitchen area are available in the unit. The contracts are open-ended with a notice period of 6 months. The artists are allowed to work in the studios around the clock.
