The Culterim | Residencies programs have been a pillar of Culterim since the beginning. The aim of the residencies is to create places where artists from different backgrounds can meet both artistically and personally.

 

Since 2026, we have been able to provide these places free of charge. The focus is on free artistic work and exchange. The programme fosters connection and a creative environment for artists to concentrate on their practice through funded accommodation and workspace.

 

All residents have access to shared spaces, a private bedroom, and a studio. Depending on the residency, there are also opportunities to use workshops. Part of the program is a studio visit by Galerie Gegen & Lücke.

 

A curated exhibition is available for artists to participate in based on interest, curatorial selection, and availability.
